In today's market, a high degree of computer capabilities and integration are essential to providing the exceptional quality and quick turnaround that our customers have come to expect. BROMLEY utilizes computers in all aspects of operations. We have a one-to-one ratio of computers to office, technical and warehouse staff, and are constantly in the process of upgrading software and hardware. All computers are networked and all staff have internet access.
____________ profile ____________ facility ____________ capabilities ____________ design ____________ projects ____________ location	Aside from the latest versions of general office use programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, BROMLEY uses computers for much of its design work including programs for pressure vessel calculation, Zick analysis and a set of custom-designed spreadsheets for items such as structural design and heat load calculations. All estimating is done with a specially customized program allowing for speedy turnaround of inquiries. BROMLEY is currently implementing a state of the art Manufacturing and Shop Floor Control software package. Implementation is expected to be complete by mid-1999. BROMLEY has full computerized drafting capabilities utilizing AutoCAD software with Cadworx, and customized library add ons. In-house staff is capable of most design work, including pressure vessel sizing and design, piping, skid and package design and layout and dehydration equipment sizing and layout. BROMLEY has access to outside engineering expertise and consulting as required. We have extensive experience in constructing sour service vessels and packages.
